Order Processor

We’re looking for a fun and motivated person to join our team! As an order processor you’ll be tasked with providing excellent organization, detail, print and fulfilment services for customer orders shipped out daily. You’ll be working in an inclusive, hands on and collaborative group of individuals who are passionate about the outdoors, community and of course, super soft clothing. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about small business, takes pride in their work, has a good attention for details, is self-motivated and plays well with others. If you check those boxes than we want you!

This is an on-site full time roll (30-40hrs per week). We will need someone who is available to work Monday to Friday during daytime working hours (9am-5pm).

What you do:

  • Working directly with our Warehouse Manager and Wholesale / Custom Manager
  • Pre-sorting, sorting, and packing product
  • Receiving shipments from vendors & managing inventory
  • Operating a heat press
  • Using our shipping software to create shipping labels and packing customer orders
  • Keeping the warehouse and inventory organized
  • Able to lift and handle all product (so as to perform related functions)
  • Housekeeping and clean-up of all work areas as needed/requested
  • Duties related to documentation and the shipping system
  • Other related functions as needed

Necessary Skills:

  • A good natured, welcoming vibe. Outgoing and genuinely like working with people
  • Solid English communications skills, oral and written
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Positive and respective attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail – because you know small things matter
  • When a plan doesn’t work, you have the creativity to figure out a solution
  • Good at math
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Initiative to find projects and tasks to do during down times
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • The ability to stay focused in a busy environment
  • Proficient with computers and using online software tools
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

Eligible applicants will need to be available during our peak sales seasons (November, December, July, August).

Starting Pay is $17.50/hr with bonuses based on individual, team and company performance.
