Return Policy
Ordered a garment that doesn’t quite fit? Got a gift that doesn’t tickle your fancy? Simply changed your mind? Returns are easy! Please email support@campbrandgoods.com for a prepaid return label and a Return Reason form. Return labels can only be created for Canadian orders - US or International customers will need to cover the cost of the return shipment to us. Sorry for the hassle, our shipping software only handles Canadian return labels.
You can return items to us for a refund if:
- your item(s) have not been washed or worn;
- they are not Final Sale items;
- your order is within the 30 day return window
Camp reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for items that do not meet this criteria.
We will process your refund upon quality checking returned items. A refund will be sent back to the original payment type and typically takes 3-5 business days to appear on credit card statements. Please note that a $10 shipping fee and a $5 restocking fee will be taken off of your refund total (US & International returns will not be deducted the $10 shipping fee). If you are not the original credit card holder, we can issue a store credit which will be sent to the indicated email as soon as the return is processed.
In-Store Returns
Live in Calgary? You can return your order to The Livery Shop (1119 10 Ave SE, Calgary, AB, T2G 0W5) and you will not be deducted the $10 shipping fee. Please note that the staff at The Livery Shop cannot process the return in-store; they will accept the return and it will be processed by the Camp team within 2 business days.
Exchange Policy
Camp no longer directly facilitates exchanges - we will have you reach out to us to return your garment as usual, and in the meantime you can reorder the correct size/garment from our website. If you are returning a product and placing a new order, please let us know your new order number so we can refund you the $5 restocking fee! If you can’t find what you’re looking for on our site, please email support@campbrandgoods.com with an inquiry.
Extended/Holiday Returns Policy:
Orders placed between Nov 15th, 2023 and December 15th, 2023 are eligible for an extended return window until January 15th, 2024. Please note that if you are returning an item within 30 days of placing the order, you can receive a full refund to the payment method used for the purchase. Orders returned outside of the 30 day window from purchase and items returned with a gift receipt will be issued store credit for the value of the returned product. You can also request a gift receipt to be packed with your order for gifting purposes!
