For returns via mail:

You may return any item(s) that meet this criteria:

• return is initiated within 14 days of receiving items;
• are not 'Final Sale' items;
• are unused or unworn, tags still attached, and are void of smells or pet dander;
• package includes a receipt, proof of purchase, or the return form attached to the original packing slip with returning items noted.

Shipping costs on returns are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is a result of a Camp Brand Goods error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Please ship the item(s) back using this shipping address:

For International and US Customers please make sure to properly mark your shipment as a return so we are not charged customs or duties when your package enters Canada. If we incur duties on a return we will either refuse the return or deduct the duties from your refund. Return shipping address below:

Returns will only be accepted on full priced items. Any items purchased at a discounted price in our sale section or elsewhere on the website are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Note: Full priced items purchased using a limited-time promotional code are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving your order. All customer returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee unless it is due to a manufacturing error - in this case, please email support@campbrandgoods.com. We will also waive the restocking fee in the case of an exchange. For returns in-store: 

Items ordered online from campbrandgoods.com can be returned at our flagship store, CampLand, in Calgary. We are located in Inglewood, at 1119 10 Ave SE and our doors are open between 12pm - 8pm, Tuesday - Sunday. Please let the staff know that you are here for a return and provide them with your item(s) and your original packing slip.
