Don’t love your purchase? No problem! We will happily accept returns from campbrandgoods.com in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. To make the return process as easy as possible. Please read the return policy below.
Items MUST be returned unworn & unwashed and free of marks, stains, makeup, deodorant, scents and have original tags still attached. Camp Brand Goods reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy. Items returned that are deemed non-refundable will be returned to you at your expense.
Refunds can only be sent to the original method of payment. All items marked down 30% or more (these items have a $.97 ending) are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Any items purchased during our annual Black Friday or Spring sale can only be returned for store credit.
Unfortunately, due to high stock turnover we are unable to facilitate exchanges through our online store. To exchange an item please follow the return process below and place another order for your correct style and or size.
Canadian Customers: To mail back a return please emails us at support @ campbrandgoods.com. We will email you a return shipping label to send your order back to us. A return shipping / restocking fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund amount.
US / Global Customers: Unfortunately we cannot send out return shipping labels outside of Canada. Please follow the steps below to ship your return back to our warehouse. US Customers, we highly recommend you use USPS and make sure the shipment is marked as a return.
Any orders returned to our warehouse that have COD charges may be refused or the COD amount will be deducted from your refund.
Once we have received your return, please allow for 1-5 business days for your return to be processed and refund issued. You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been completed and applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.
Before sending back a return please make sure you have filled out the return form on the original packing slip and include it with the return. If you do not have the packing slip you can print off a return form here. Any returns sent back without the return slip may be ineligible for a refund.
- Ensure the item you are returning is unused, unwashed, free of any stains, marks, or odours and has the original tags attached.
- Fill out the return form on the bottom of the packing slip (or print off a new form above) VERY IMPORTANT: Please print your email and order # on the return form CLEARLY for us to issue the refund or store credit for your order.
- Pack the items you wish to return nicely and include the completed gift return form inside the box.
- Canadian customers please email us for a return shipping label. US/Global customers please mail your return to the address below.

If you live in Calgary you can save yourself the restocking/return shipping fee and return your Camp online order to The Livery Shop. We ask that when you come in for the return you bring the completed return form with you. The Livery Shop is our sister store and uses a different payment / inventory system then us. The staff there will happily accept the return but please note, the Livery is not able to do on the spot refunds. Returns will still be refunded through our online store and take 1-5 business days. If you are looking to exchange your item, you can return your original item to the Livery and purchase the correct size/style through the Livery shop. Your original order will be refunded to credit card or payment method used on our online store.

Return orders that are gifts (ie. not returned by the person who originally ordered) will be issued store credit of the item value (before shipping and including taxes). Store credit does not expire and will be issued as a gift card to the gift recipient's email.
Manufacturers defect or wrong item received.
If the product you received in your order is wrong or defective, we sincerely apologize. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
