Shipping & Returns Policy

Please note: due to the recent high volume of orders and strict social distancing rules we've set in place in our warehouse, orders will take longer than usual to ship out. Thank you for your patience. 

Our return policy is within 30 days of ship date. We are currently not offering exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to place a new order with the desired item and the original item can be returned to us for refund. Orders that need to be returned are subject to our return policy requirements below.

Returns

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
Sale items will have "final sale" stated in the product description, and the price of the item will end with .97. Regular priced items that are on sale for an event but will return to regular price afterwards are eligible for returns.

Before you proceed please ensure that you meet the conditions required for a return:

  • The order is within 30 days of ship date
  • The product(s) have not been washed, worn, or damaged; and do not have any smells or pet dander.
  • The product(s) still has all original tags and labels attached.**
  • The product(s) are not a 'Final Sale Item'.
  • Product(s) that do not meet these requirements are ineligible for returns

**Some items will not be shipped with tags attached due to the larger amount stock we need to process with limited warehouse staff. If your item was not received with an original tag, it can still be returned.

To return an item(s):

  1. If you are a Canadian customer, retrieve a prepaid return label from our Returns Portal.
  2. All returns require a completed Return Form in your return package that can be found in your original package you received. If you need another copy, you can download it here: Camp Brand Goods Return Form
  3. All returns must include a completed Return Form to be processed. Returns with incomplete or missing forms will not be processed.
  4. We currently are not offering exchanges for online purchases. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to place a new order with the desired item and the original item can be returned to us for refund.

    Canadian Customers

    Retrieve a printable prepaid return label from our Returns Portal. It is your responsibility to pack the product properly and deliver it to the post office. All returns via mail will have a $8 fee deducted from the refund total to cover shipping and restocking costs.

      Calgary Customers

      You can either mail your return package using a prepaid return label, or drop off your return package at The Livery Shop. All return packages must have a Return Form included inside or it will not be processed. There is no $8 shipping and restocking fee for curbside returns.

      USA/International Customers

      Unfortunately we cannot send out return labels for US or International orders. It is your responsibility to ship your items back to us. There is no $8 shipping and restocking fee for returning international orders. Please include a completed Return Form in your return package. Please mail the item back to us via USPS (for USA) at the address below. For international orders, please send back the return with your national postal service.

      USA & International Customers: You'll likely need to fill out a 'Customs Declaration' form. Name the items "RETURN ITEMS" on the 'Customs Declaration' form so that Customs doesn't charge you or us for bringing these items back across the border. If you are located in the US, please send items back using USPS. If the items are not declared correctly, any additional customs fees incurred with the return are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund. Customers outside Canada are responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) back to Camp Brand Goods.

        Refunds will take 3-5 business days from receiving your returning items to be processed. Camp Brand Goods reserves the right to deny the refund of items if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. We will not process return packages that have incomplete or missing return forms. 

        Shipping Methods

        It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package to insure delivery. If you are having issues with your shipment please reach out to the shipping company or feel free to reach out to us and we can inquire on your behalf. To ensure a successful delivery please include your phone number at check out and we will provide this information to the shipping company so they can contact you if there are issues. If the package cannot be delivered and has to be returned to us the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees or duties charges accrued during return shipment. This amount will be deducted by the refund amount. Please note - we charge a flat rate shipping charge to customers for international orders. This is always considerably less than the true shipping charge. Return shipping rates will always be higher than our original shipping cost. 

        Calgary Orders - Free Curbside Pickup at The Livery Shop

        Canadian Orders - $10.00 CAD Flat Rate

        Camp Brand Goods ships all Canadian orders using Canada Post Expedited Parcel. There is a flat-rate cost of $10.00 CAD. Once the order has shipped out, a Canada Post Tracking Number is provided with each order via email and orders should arrive within 1-6 business days. Please allow 24 hours for the Tracking Number to become active.

        Patches - $2.00 CAD

        Orders containing only patches will be shipped by envelope and $8.00 CAD of the $10.00 CAD shipping cost will be refunded (total shipping cost will be $2.00 CAD before taxes). The package should arrive within 2-4 business days in Canada, and within 4-6 business days in the USA. Tracking information will not be available if shipping by envelope. 

        USA Orders - $10.00 CAD Flat Rate UPS Standard

        Camp Brand Goods ships USA orders using UPS Standard International. There is a flat-rate cost of $10.00 CAD. Once the order has shipped out, a UPS Tracking Number is provided with each order via email and orders should arrive within 2-6 business days, barring any delays at Customs. Please allow 24 hours for the Tracking Number to become active. Any Customs duties or additional state or county taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

        USA Orders - $20.00 CAD DHL Express Next Business Day

        Camp Brand Goods now offers $20.00 Next Business Day shipping for USA orders. There is a flat rate cost of $20.00 and orders should arrive within 1-2 business days, barring any delays at Customs. Shipments are fulfilled on weekdays only. Orders placed before 12 pm MST will ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 12 pm MST will ship out the next business day. Once the order has shipped out, a DHL Tracking Number is provided with each order via email. Please allow 24 hours for the Tracking Number to become active. Any Customs duties or additional state or county taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

        *Exception: USA orders using a P.O. Box will not be shipped using UPS/DHL but instead using Canada Post/United States Postal Service. There will be no tracking number provided and delivery may take 6-12 business days.


        All US military APO/FPO/DPO shipments will be shipped using Canada Post/United States Postal Service. $10.00 Flat Rate. Delivery in 6-12 business days. Please input your APO/FPO address in the correct format (see below) to ensure your order reaches your military installation in a timely manner. Overseas U.S. military bases are considered domestic (U.S.) shipments, which means you need to select United States as the ship-to country. Do not select the country where the base is located.

        International Orders - Worldwide Shipping - $30.00 CAD or $40.00 CAD Flat Rate for orders under $300 CAD dependent on location. Free shipping on orders over $300 CAD.

        Camp Brand Goods ships all International Orders (not USA or Canada) using UPS WorldWide Expedited or DHL Express. There is a flat-rate cost of $30.00 CAD or $40.00 CAD for orders under $300 CAD dependent on location. Once the order has shipped out, a UPS/DHL Tracking Number is provided with each order via email and packages should arrive within 4-10 business days, barring any delays at Customs. Please allow 24 hours for the Tracking Number to become active. Any Customs duties or additional taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

        Please ensure your address is correct at checkout!

        If an order is returned to us from the mail carrier due to an incomplete or invalid, there will be an additional shipping charge to the customer for the second shipping attempt. Inputting the correct address, contact email, and contact phone number is the responsibility of the customer!

        Free Shipping on Orders Over $100 CAD*

        *Canadian Customers

        If your subtotal is $100.00 CAD or more in our Camp Brand Goods online store, we'll waive the Standard Shipping Charge of $10.00!

        *USA Customers

        If your subtotal is $100.00 CAD or more in our Camp Brand Goods online store, we'll waive the UPS Standard Shipping Charge of $10.00! We also offer $10 off our $20 DHL Next Business Day shipping for all orders over $100.00 CAD.

        International Customers (not in Canada or USA)

        If your subtotal is over $300.00 CAD in our Camp Brand Goods online store, we'll waive the International Shipping Charge! When choosing your preferred shipping method, please choose the 'Free Ship' option. This option is only visible if you spend $300.00 CAD or more, before taxes.

        Customs & Import Duties

        Customs and/or import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office about this for further information. Should the recipient not pay customs and/or import duties, the cost of returning the package back to Camp Brand Goods will the deducted from the order refund amount. For example, if the order total is $100.00 and returning the package back to us costs $50.00, then $50.00 will be refunded to the customer. 

        Taxes

        If you're in Canada, you will be charged the appropriate tax for the province the order is shipped to (HST or PST) plus GST. USA orders are subject to Customs and duty fees as well as any state or county taxes which apply to your residence.

        Payment Methods & Currency

        While shopping on our website, you can choose to view the prices in the currency of your choice from the drop-down menu in the top right corner. At Checkout, the total will be shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) despite your currency preference while browsing. You will, however, be charged in your chosen currency at the daily rate of conversion.
