Curbside Pickup
We are now offering Free Curbside Pickup at The Livery Shop for all Calgary residents. Location: 1119 10th Ave SE, Calgary, AB.
1. After you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email. The purpose of this email is to notify you that your order was received and that we will begin to work on it shortly.
2. Order turnaround time is 2 business days, and we pack in order of received. We cannot do rush orders or skip queue to pack other orders.
3. Once your order has been packed you will receive one follow up email. These emails might end up in your spam so make sure you check your spam folder. The email will contain information on when and how to pick up your curbside order. Your order will only be available for pickup if you have received the pick up email. We cannot offer pickup on orders that have not been processed in the warehouse yet.
4. The pickup schedule is Tuesday to Sunday, 11am to 5pm. If you cannot pick up your order during this time frame, we can ship out your order to you. Shipping fees may be applied.
5. When you arrive please have your full name, order number, and company you ordered from (Camp Brand Goods) ready. If you are picking up on behalf of someone, you need to know the name and order number under which the order was placed. Call the store at 403-453-7711 to let the staff know and they can grab your order.
