Standard Shipping - Flat Rate $7.99 for Canadian Orders
All orders ship out of our warehouse in Calgary, AB, Canada. We strive to fulfill orders within 1-3 business days from your order being placed - if we are running a big sale, it may take closer to 5 business days to ship your order. If you selected express shipping, we will have your order shipped out within 1-2 business days. All Canadian orders are shipped primarily via UPS, but we also use Canada Post, GLS, ICS, CanPar, FedEx, and Purolator depending on your location. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when the order leaves our warehouse. International orders are shipped using Canada Post Tracked Packet or UPS, depending on the country you are located in. International orders typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive. *SHIPPING TO THE USA IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME DUE TO TARIFF ISSUES. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE*
Calgary customers can also opt to pick up their order in person at our flagship store, CampLand. Please choose the “Pickup in store" option at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. If you haven’t received and email and need your order ASAP, please email support@campbrandgoods.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $150 CAD*
We offer free standard shipping (within Canada) on orders over $150 CAD. Please see the estimated shipping times above.
International Orders
Orders outside of Canada have a flat rate shipping charge of $40 CAD. Orders from the rest of the world are shipped via UPS, DHL or Canada Post Tracked Packet and are typically delivered within 7-10 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot control the customs entry process and sometimes additional delays occur. Any customs fees and additional taxes incurred when the order enters your country are your responsibility. Please check with your countries customs office to know what additional taxes will be. If you decline to accept your order it costs us the tax/duties + additional shipping to have it returned to us and this will be deducted from any refund on your order.
In-Store Pickup
For Calgary customers you do have the option to pick up your order in store at our flagship store, CampLand, which is located at 1119 10 Ave SE, Calgary, AB, T2G0W5. Orders are typically ready next business day but please wait for a pickup confirmation email before coming down to the store to get your order. Only choose in-store pickup if you can physically come to the store to collect your order. If things change and you are not able to pick up your order within 2 weeks of placing your order, please reach out to support@campbrandgoods.com to coordinate shipping your order to you for a fee.
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout!
If an order is returned to us from the mail carrier due to an incomplete or invalid address, there will be an additional shipping charge to the customer for the second shipping attempt. Inputting the correct address, contact email, and contact phone number as well as tracking your package to ensure delivery is the responsibility of the customer! Camp is not responsible for packages that are stolen once they are marked as delivered.
Customs & Import Duties
Customs and/or import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office about this for further information. Should the recipient not pay customs and/or import duties, the cost of returning the package + any additional charges incurred back to Camp Brand Goods will the deducted from the order refund amount. For example, if the order total is $100.00 and returning the package back to us costs $50.00, then $50.00 will be refunded to the customer.
Taxes
If you're in Canada, you will be charged the appropriate tax for the province the order is shipped to (HST or PST) plus GST. USA orders may be subject to customs and duty fees as well as any state or county taxes which apply to your residence.
