FAQ's - Shipping & Returns


-Special Christmas Holiday Exchange Policy-
We understand many customers will be buying our products as Christmas gifts which will not be opened by the intended recipient (and therefore tried on) until December 25th. We have extended our exchange policy beyond the regular 30-day window for this reason. Any orders placed on or after November 1st, 2016, have until January 15th, 2017, to exchange their items. However, no Returns/Refunds outside of the regular 30-day window.

Canadian Orders

Canadian orders usually take 1-4 business days to arrive. All orders are shipped Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24hrs for the tracking number to become active with Canada Post. 

US Orders

UPDATED!!! We now ship all US orders through UPS. $10 .00 Flat Rate shipping but faster delivery timeframe. What a time to be alive! Orders will arrive within 2-5 business days* and a tracking number is now provided with all US orders. N Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active with UPS. *Items delayed by customs clearance might take longer.

All US military APO/FPO/DPO shipments will be shipped using Canada Post/United States Postal Service. $10.00 Flat Rate. Delivery in 6-10 business days. Please input your APO/FPO address in the correct format (see below) to ensure your order reaches your military installation in a timely manner. Overseas U.S. military bases are considered domestic (U.S.) shipments, which means you need to select United States as the ship-to country. Do not select the country where the base is located.

International - World Wide Shipping

UPDATED!!! We now ship all International orders via UPS or DHL. We offer a flat rate $25 shipping charge for all International orders. All International orders should arrive within one* week of shipment notification email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with either a UPS or DHL tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. Any additional taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
*Items delayed by customs clearance might take longer.

Returned Package

Please note: If an order is returned to us from the mail carrier due to an incomplete or invalid shipping address being entered at checkout, there will be an additional shipping charge to the customer for the second shipping attempt. Please double-check your address at checkout!


Canada & USA: Spend $150 or more on the online store and get your shipping for free! Includes 'US Basic - No Tracking' shipping, not 'Premium - US Tracked Packet' shipping. Offer applies to all orders shipping within Canada or the continental USA, excluding Alaska.

International: For the rest of the world spend over $250 CDN and receive free shipping on your order. Discount applied at checkout. When choosing your preferred shipping method please choose the 'free ship' option. This option only shows if you spend $250 CDN or more.

Customs & Import Duties

Customs and/or import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office about this for further information.


If you're in Canada, you will be charged the appropriate tax for your province (HST or PST) plus GST. US orders are subject to Customs and duty fees as well as any state taxes which apply to your order.

Payment Methods & Currency

While shopping on our website, you can choose to view the prices in the currency of your choice from the drop-down menu in the top right corner. At Checkout, the total will be shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) despite your currency preference while browsing. You will, however, be charged in your chosen currency at the daily rate of conversion.

Returns & Exchanges

If the product you ordered doesn't fit or is unsatisfactory, you have within 30 days of the date of purchase to exchange or return your item for a product of equal or lesser* value or a full refund excluding the original shipping costs.


Before you proceed please ensure that you meet the conditions required for a return or exchange:

  • The product(s) have not been washed OR worn.
  • The product(s) have not been damaged, soiled, or stinkified.

To exchange an item(s):

  1. Please email us at returns@campbrandgoods.com and let us know your intentions (which item you would like to exchange and what item you would like to have as your replacement, including sizes and colours).
  2. Include a note in your email (or download and print this form and fill it out: CLICK HERE) which states: your name, order number, and your intention.
  3. Mail the item back to us, along with a copy of the note, to:**

    Once your returning item has been received and inspected (making sure it has not been washed, worn, soiled), we'll send out your replacement item to you straight away and email you to let you know it's on its way! 

    If your address has changed or you would prefer us to use a different address, please let us know that address in your email AND on the note you include with your returning item!

To return an item(s):

  1. Please email us at returns@campbrandgoods.com and drop us a note stating: your name, your order number, and why you are returning the item.
  2. Mail the item back to us, along with a copy of the note, to:**

    Once your returning item has been received and inspected (making sure it has not been washed, worn, soiled), we'll process your refund back to your original method of payment (less the cost of shipping the item to you). We'll email you to let you know the refund has been processed on our end; it may take a couple days to show up on your end depending on how quickly your bank processes it.

** The customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) back to Camp Brand Goods.



Heads up! The Camp Eco Fleece uses a combination of recycled materials and a special wash to create an extremely soft cozy fabric that gives it a vintage, lived in look and feel. Eco Fleece & Tri-blend items might show signs of wear quicker then other products. These items are still durable and of high quality but to achieve their soft look & feel that have been aged accordingly. Eco fleece items might show slight signs of pilling, faded printing, fading color, etc. Issues due to the aging process do not fall under our typical warranty coverage. All aging issues have been controlled to the best of our ability so the product stays as true to the original purchase condition as possible.

Where are Camp Brand Goods garments made?

+ Camp Brand Goods is a Canadian owned and operated company. Our graphics are designed in Calgary, Alberta, and printed in Vancouver, British Columbia. Camp Brand Goods apparel is constructed offshore and in the USA. The manufacturers we partner with abide by strict rules and regulations ensuring our garments are ethically sourced and produced in a sweat-shop free environment.

I wrote my shipping address wrong; who do I contact to fix it?

+ Contact shop@campbrandgoods.com with the following information: Your name, order number, and the correct address you'd like us to use!

+ We will do our best to fix your address but if the item has already shipped, it is very hard for us to redirect your package.

I am an American customer; why did my checkout total change to a higher price?

+ Be assured, the price you will pay has not changed. There is only one currency type available to be shown at final Checkout and, since we're a Canadian company, we chose CAD. Although our website shows your final cart total in CAD, you will still be charged in your domestic currency based on daily conversion rates.

Will my Sweater or T-Shirt shrink in the wash?

  • All Camp Brand Goods garments are preshrunk. That being said, minimal shrinkage is still possible. Garments made of 100% Cotton are more susceptible to shrinkage than our Triblend garments, please take special care when laundering these items.
  • Due to the printing methods we use on our fleece products, we recommend washing all Camp Brand Goods fleece apparel in cold water and hanging to dry. Laundering your garments in hot water and placing them in the dryer may result in unwanted cracking (of the design) and quicker aging.

I am a Calgary resident; can I opt out of shipping and pick my order up instead?

  • There is an option at Checkout to choose: ‘Free Pick-up at The Livery Shop’.

I am a Calgary resident and want to return an item I purchased online. Can I exchange or return it at The Livery Shop?

  • Yes, you can return/exchange your item at The Livery Shop, but please be sure to specify that you bought the item online and have your Order Number ready to accompany your unwashed and unworn purchase. Refunds will be processed in 2-3 business days.
