Gift Returns
It's always the thought that counts but sometimes a gift is not the right fit!
We offer store credit for items that were received as gifts. Please ensure the return items meet our return policy requirements, or store credit will not be issued. If you need to return an item that was a gift, you will need the original order number to obtain a return shipping label. Return shipping labels through Camp Brand Goods are only available to Canadian customers. For USA/International customers that need to return a gift, please follow the International return instructions on our Shipping FAQ.
Before you proceed please ensure that you meet the conditions required for a return:
- The order is within 30 days of ship date
- The product(s) are unworn & unwashed and free of marks, stains, makeup, deodorant, scents
- The product(s) still has all original tags and labels attached
- The product(s) are not a 'Final Sale Item (items ending in $0.97)
Product(s) that do not meet these requirements are ineligible for returns
To proceed with a return:
Ensure your items meet the requirements above.
- Download and fill out a gift return form and include in the return package which can be downloaded here: Camp Brand Goods Gift Return Form
- Pack the return items properly and include the completed Gift Return Form inside.
- Very important: Please print your email on the return form CLEARLY for us to issue store credit to you. We are unable to issue store credit if the form is incomplete or illegible.
- Obtain a return shipping label** by emailing your return intentions to support@campbrandgoods.com. Camp Brand Goods will provide you with a shipping label that can be used to ship the package back to us.
Once a return package arrives at our warehouse in Calgary, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Store credit will be issued to your email as an e-gift card.***
If you live in Calgary you can save yourself the restocking/return shipping fee and return your Camp gift to The Livery Shop for store credit to the Camp Brand Goods website (www.campbrandgoods.com). We ask that when you come in for the return you bring the completed return form with you. The Livery Shop staff is not authorized to provide store credit for the Camp Brand Goods Website so the credit will still need to be processed and issued by a Camp representative and will take 2-4 business days.

***Return orders that are gifts (ie. not returned by the person who originally ordered) will be issued store credit of the item value (before shipping and including taxes) a $15 restocking/shipping fee deduction. Store credit does not expire and will be issued as a gift card to the gift recipient's email. New orders placed using store credit may have shipping costs apply if the order subtotal is under $150.
