Orders placed on November 16, 2020 and afterwards will be eligible for extended holiday returns. Our return policy will be extended until January 31, 2020. We are currently not offering exchanges. We offer returns for store credit for items that were received as gifts. Please ensure the return items meet our return policy requirements, or store credit will not be issued. If you need to return an item that was a gift, you will need the original order number and original shipping postal code to obtain a prepaid return shipping label.

**Return orders that are gifts (ie. not returned by the person who originally ordered) will be issued store credit of the item value (before shipping and including taxes), without a $8 restocking/shipping fee deduction. Store credit does not expire and will be issued as a gift card to the gift recipient's email. New orders placed using store credit may have shipping costs apply if the order subtotal is under $100.
